I used 111 call line. Received prompt advice and referral to out of hours surgery.
Although we waited a while on phone this is understandable.
As for treatment at hospital I have to say it was first rate. The doctor was fantastic and very thorough. He made my little lad at ease.
Thank you very much for a very good service.

Although I had to hold for a very long time initially, I managed to get through, speak to an assessor and get an appointment for my daughter in 2 hours. I think this is an excellent service for the weekend and am very grateful for the efficiency of everyone involved.

My mum came to Choc doc.
The doctor was so good, I got everything sorted before my mum.
Was taken to A and E, told to wait 5 min.
Doctor came back, I have a bed on Larch D - on walking in to ward the staff were amazing. Thank you to Choc Doc Qazi and Larch D.
